近日,重庆三峡学院生物与食品工程学院教师在植物学经典期刊《The Plant Journal》和《Journal of Experimental Botany》和采后生物学期刊《Postharvest Biology and Technology》上分别发表了三篇重要论文。首篇《VOZ-dependent priming of salicylic acid-dependent defense against Rhizopus stolonifer byβ-aminobutyric acid requires the TCP protein TCP2 in peach fruit》由汪开拓作为第一兼通讯作者,联合南京农业大学郑永华团队,发现维管植物单锌指转录因子(VOZ1和VOZ2)通过调控TCP2和ICS基因,显著增强了桃果对Rhizopus stolonifer的抗病能力;次篇《β-aminobutyric acid-induced resistance in postharvest peach fruit involves interaction between the MAPK cascade and SNARE13 protein in salicylic acid-dependent pathway》由三峡医专黎春红作为第一作者,汪开拓为通讯作者,阐明了诱导剂β-氨基丁酸(BABA)在桃果中激活的MAPK级联反应及其下游因子SNARE13在提升水杨酸依赖防御中的关键作用;第三篇《Extracellular self-DNA as a DAMP signal for induced systemic resistance to anthracnose rot in postharvest loquat fruit via EjRAV2-EjERF39 module》由已毕业本科生邹燕羽为第一作者,系统揭示自源性DNA诱导对枇杷果实抗性反应中的诱导作用。这三项成果为植物免疫机制和抗病育种提供了新的科学依据,推动了农业可持续发展的研究进展。
